Q. How do I place a quick item add order?
A. From left-hand menu click on Quick Item Add, enter up to 5 Items and a quantity. If the item is consignable, you will have the option of selecting the Add to Consignment or Direct Purchase radio button. Click Add to Cart.

Q. How do I place a consignment order?
A. From left-hand menu click on the Consignment link then click on Consignment Billing choose the appropriate order type, enter serial number or item # and fill in any additional information needed. If insertion devices are needed, select from drop down menu and enter quantity. Click Add to Cart. The order limit is 100 lines.

Q. How do I place a bundled pack order?
A. From the left-hand menu click on the Consignment link then click on Bundle Packs. Enter your B + L Surgical Pack Product ID, tab to Order Type and select Bill and Replace or Bill, tab to Serial number field and enter serial number and click on Save and Add Next LensAdd to Cart or Add to Cart and Checkout.

Q. How do I order an item if I don't know the Product ID?
A. From the left-hand menu click on the Direct Purchase link then the product group, product type. Select the appropriate product (for lenses select power) and a quantity and click on Add to Cart.

Q. How do I change/update my order or shipping method?
A. Orders can be changed or updated at any point before checking out. To change an order type, quantity, product ID or serial number of a lens, you will need to delete the line from the shopping cart and re-enter the correct information. For Bundled Packs, you will need to remove the pack and all lines will be deleted from the shopping cart and you will need to re-enter. To change the shipping method of an order, click the Edit button under the current shipping method, and choose the new shipping method from the drop down located on both the Consignment and Direct Purchase Order section of the shopping cart.

Q. How large can my order be?
A. There is a limit of 100 lines per order.

Q. How do I check on my order?
A. To check your order, click on the Order History link at the top of the page. Search your order using any one of the options listed. Click on the order number link to open the details.

Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. To track your shipment, click on the Order History link at the top of the page. Search your order using any one of the options listed. Click on the order number link to open the details. Shipping information will be listed. If an active tracking number link is available, you can click it for further information.

NOTE: Only Closed lines items can be tracked. For additional help tracking orders, please call customer service at 1-800-338-2020.

Q. How can I view my consignment inventory?
A. From left-hand menu click on the Consignment link then click on My Consignment Inventory.

Search your inventory by using any one of the options listed. Click on Apply Filter to display details.

Q. How do I update my account information?
A. To update account information, click the My Account link at the top of the page. Changes to a telephone number, password or email address can be updated here. Once the information is updated, click Submit. If the account address needs to be changed, please contact customer service using the options listed in the Contact Us link.

Q. How do I update my email preferences?
A. If you would like to discontinue receiving email notifications for your Bausch + Lomb orders and shipments, please click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the corresponding email.

To unsubscribe from promotional and product news emails, send your request, including your Bausch + Lomb account number to CSR.Surgical@bausch.com.

Q. What do I do if I forgot my password?
A. Click the Forgot Your Password link if you have forgotten your password. Enter your User ID and you will be notified by email with your password.

Q. Will my order be saved if I lose connection or need to log off?
A. Yes, your items are saved each time as you add them to your shopping cart and will remain there until you log back in or check out.
