Q. How can I access online ordering using my current Bausch + Lomb account number?
A. To access online ordering, click the Register Now button on the log in page. Fill in the appropriate account information and click Submit Registration. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q. How do I place a stock order?
A. After logging in, click the CONTACT LENSES (RETAIL) or CONTACT LENSES (TRIAL) link on the left. Choose the appropriate lens type. Click the Stock Order link. Fill in any additional information needed. The stock order grid will then appear. Fill in quantities and click Add To Shopping Cart. Order limit is 100 lines.

Q. How do I place a trial order?
A. After logging in, click the CONTACT LENSES-TRIAL link on the left. Choose the appropriate lens type. Choose the patient or stock order tab. Fill in appropriate information and click Add To Shopping Cart.

Q. Can I ship lenses directly to my patient?
A. Yes, Patient Home Delivery is now available! Just choose the Home Delivery button when selecting your order type, then fill in your patient's address and Rx. We'll do the rest! A freight fee of $9.95 is applicable for each Patient Home Delivery order.

Q. How do I check on my order?
A. To check your order, click on the Order History link at the top of the page. Search your order using any one of the options listed. Click on the order number link to open the details.

Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. To track your shipment, click on the Order History link at the top of the page. Search your order using any one of the options listed. Click on the order number link to open the details. Shipping information will be listed. If an active tracking number link is available, you can click it for further information.

NOTE: only closed orders can be tracked. For additional help tracking orders, please call customer service at 1-800-686-7720 for English and 1-800-686-0002 for French.

Q. How do I log in and out of my account?
A. The log in and password fields are located on the Login page on the left hand side. To log in, enter your User ID and Password and click Submit. To log off, click the Log Off link located on the top of the page.

Q. How do I change/update my order?
A. Orders can be changed or updated at any point before checking out. To change a quantity or power of a lens, you will need to delete the line from the shopping cart and re-enter the correct prescription.

Q. How do I contact customer service?
A. Customer service can be reached by clicking on the Contact Us link found at the bottom of the page. Options to call, email or write are provided.

Q. What do I do if I forgot my password?
A. Click the Forgot Your Password? link if you have forgotten your password. Enter your user ID and you will be notified by email with your password.

Q. How do I update my account information?
A. To update any account information, click the My Account link at the top of the page. Changes to a telephone number, password or email address can be updated here. Once the information is updated, click Submit. If the account address needs to be changes, please contact customer service using the options listed in the Contact Us link.

Q. How large can my order be?
A. There is a limit of 100 lines per order.

Q. How do I order Soflens Daily lenses?
A. After logging in, click on the CONTACT LENSES (RETAIL) or CONTACT LENSES (TRIAL) link on the left. Click on the Soflens Daily Disposable lens choice. Click on your order type. Enter the patient's name in the reference field for patient office order or for a home delivery order (RETAIL ONLY) enter mailing information. Drop down the arrow for product choice, and select your lens from the Soflens disposable lens choices and enter all parameters required for that lens and quantity of boxes. Click add to cart. Verify order in your cart, and either click on Check out or choose another product to continue shopping.

Q. How do I order Bundle Vision Packs?
A. After logging in, click the BUNDLE VISIONPAKS link on the left. Click on the appropriate lens pak, indicating your choice of solution, and 6 month or 1 year's supply. Click on lens type. Enter the patient's last name in the Reference Field. Enter the quantity of bundle visionpaks you are requesting (not boxes).

Select product and then all parameters required for particular lens. Click Add to Cart. Verify order in your cart, and either click on Check out or choose another product to continue shopping.
